Two Clinton relatives in Coos County died within days of each other. George Clinton, 65, formerly of Coquille, died in Clarno California after a two year illness. Uncle Joe Clinton, over 80, died in Forest Grove after moving there twenty years ago. Funeral Rites Planned for Sgt Albert W Cribbins at Myrtle Point
Funeral services for Sergeant Albert W Cribbins 28 drowned last Saturday at Fort Ord California will be conducted by Schroeder undertakers in Myrtle Point with the American Legion post in charge. Burial will be in Norway cemetery. Cribbins enlisted five years ago and served with Company I 3th Infantry at Fort Ord. Survived by father Warren Tracy Cribbins and two sisters Mrs Floyd Evernden and Mrs George Isaac, Myrtle Point.
