Clara Beth Billingsley daughter of Mr. and Mrs. V. B. Billingsley married Lewis T. Knight son of Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Knight in a six oclock May 31 ceremony at Vine Street Church Abilene Texas officiated by Dr Paul Southern Abilene Christian College. The couple will reside in El Dorado Arkansas after June 15 following a Galveston honeymoon.

Junior Woman's Club Officers Installed At Candlelight Ceremony
Newly elected officers of the Junior Woman's Club were installed June 10 at the Myrtle Lane Inn in a candlelight ceremony. President Mrs Ervin Wilberger leads a slate that includes Mrs Clarence Fizer as 1st vice president and Mrs Don Buss as 2nd vice president. Other officers are treasurer Mrs Ritchie Francis secretary Mrs Harold Dunn and retiring president Mrs Tom Guerin Jr assisted by Mrs Jack Dunn Mrs Ellen Bunnell and Mrs Chester E Weed. The event featured program items by Mrs George Forrest Mr Ray Neugart and Miss Almeda Workman with refreshments served to about twenty five members.
