John Amos Robbins of Broadbent died Tuesday evening at Mast Wilson hospital from injuries after a truckload of railroad ties tipped on him near Cement Creek. He leaves a widow, mother, five brothers and three sisters, funeral today in Broadbent with burial in Norway cemetery.

Curry County ministers injured in weekend auto wreck
Rev Ostrander and his wife from Geld Beach along with Rev Whitsett of Port Orford were en route to Albany for the Presbyterian Synod when their car overturned near Bridge.
