Lumber Company Erects Large Lumber Shed at Myrtle Point
Frank Sander of Myrtle Point Lumber is building a 90 by 80 foot lumber shed on Maple street near the Southern Pacific station to house logs and lumber. Dimmick Lumber Co will stock the shed once finished. The dome roofed structure will cover ground used for the mill and lumber business. The rain delay halted log trucking but Sander says sawmilling will resume to supply cedar for battery stock and a Japan order.

Coos Coos Valley Cow Testing Association ranked second in Oregon for butterfat in May with an average 864 pounds of milk containing 391 pounds of butterfat. Five Finnaved and forty-one cows topped 40 pounds of fat, seven beyond 76 pounds, as state totals showed new herd improvement highs and expansion of dairy associations to 18 across the state.

New Water Pump For Community Building In Gravelford
