Royal Fabrics Go into Washbowl
Royal fabrics such as silks and new rayons require gentle care and cool to warm water. Delicate garments like slips girdles and stockings must not be scrubbed or heated with hot water. Wash with a mild soap in lukewarm water and rinse until no soap remains then roll in a Turkish towel to remove moisture and dry or iron while damp on the wrong side.
