Three Davenport sisters Jo Anne 18 Mary Ellen 14 and Margaret 13 daughters of Mr and Mrs J A Davenport Myrtle Point led Twin Oaks 4-H club with top finishes at the Coos County fair. Mary Ellen won the senior championship defeating 19 rivals to claim a calf blanket prize.

He preached My Personal Confession of Faith and conducted baptism at Camp Myrtlewood. The Miller family plans a visit to Indiana soon and has two daughters living there.

Public Livestock and Truck Scales for Myrtle Point

Fall Term Opens at Myrtle Point Union High School
The Myrtle Point Union High School fall term starts Tuesday September 3 with an 845 AM opening. A full day includes an all school assembly then regular classes and a 340 PM dismissal. The day is longer with extended class periods and a longer noon hour. Registration for new movers should be completed at the high school office by Friday.
