Frank Davis and Howe dissolved their partnership at the M. Point Meat Co in the Hekclerg building next door to the fire scene. Gus and Edward Bemfer went to Eugene for a Coquille Eugene ball game with Nellie Bendet and Flora Hermann accompanying part of the trip.
Mr and Mrs George Dickinson traveled to Gold Beach for a bankers convention at Sunset Inn. They were joined by Miss Verma Knight and Reneva Volkmar and from Gold Beach they drove to the Oregon Caves before returning home.
