Hawaiian Banquet to Honor Parents at Myrtle Point

Vandals Pull Myrtle Trees on Main Street
Sometime Sunday night vandals pulled up by the roots most of the small myrtle trees planted in containers along main street. The trees had been uprooted once before and replanted by merchants. This time the trees were taken away. The vandalism is believed to be the work of an intoxicated person, said Jack Davis, Rotary club president. It's discouraging.
