Thomas Kinnicutt, a defendant in the Endicott suit, appeared before County Judge Hall as juvenile court officer in Coquille. After adjournment to Monday, the trial continued Tuesday with witnesses, and Kinnicutt was bound over to the circuit court on $500 bond.
