Council Proceedings Report With Water Works Matters
The 1965 regular council session at the recorder’s office approved May and June minutes. Committees addressed water works, repairs, compensation for the recorder, and fence around the reservoir. Several warrants were ordered and an ordinance was adopted though amendments were noted. The meeting featured assorted social observations and unrelated prose notes.
