The Methodist Episcopal Sunday School held a Friday social at Lundy hall with a supper provided by the Blues. A point contest split attendees into Pink and Blue sides. the Pinks won, and the Blues must furnish the victory supper. About 150 people attended, leaving plenty of food and much merriment. The event was deemed a success and promises future parties. invitation extended to all not in another Sunday school.

Prominent Wisconsin residents hurt in logging accident
R C Dement and Braden with his father-in-law Hubbard were badly hurt in a logging clearing near Hubbard Wisconsin. Braden suffered a broken right leg and severe injuries. Dement endured serious head bruises and ear injury. Both men own large land tracts near Hubbard and Myrtle Point. Dement was taken to a Portland hospital for treatment.
