In a June 2 1873 congressional notice William Pal of Washington filed sworn statement No 7178 seeking the N 1 2 of N 1 2 section in township and range 38 south 16 west. He will prove the land is more valuable for timber than agricultural use. Roseburg Oregon sets January 16 for witnesses J Rhomberg and Ruat of Everett to testify and file claims by January 10.
