Dairy farms change hands in Coos County real estate boom
The M. H. Dement dairy farm across Reedford sold to F. L. Lundy of Kansas for 17000, including 60 acres of bottom land and 24 acres hill land. Dement then bought Hood stock ranch on South Fork for 17000, a 1700 acre grazing estate with about 225 cattle. Timber sold to C. A. Smith Co., Marshfield.
