Last evening the Presbyterian Church ladies hosted a Lawn Social at the W. C. Fensler home to raise funds for the church improvement fund. Supper ran from 5 30 to 8 30 with a musical program and sherbet and cake. Myrtle Point Male Quartette performed twice and local artists played mandolin and guitar with solo and chorus numbers. The lawn was lit by electric lights and a bonfire brightened the street as the event concluded with more music and refreshments.
