Peoria Ill Sept 24 President B F Jarris of the Illinois Bankers Association says Dawes report favoring state or national charters for private Illinois banks will pass at the convention opening today. Eighty five percent of 1684 banks are in favor with Chicago's private banks mostly supportive. Dawes will be represented by W G Edwards. The report will be acted on Thursday afternoon.
