The city council plans a special session to discuss extending a South Muscatine sewer. City engineer J J Ryan prepared a plat and cost estimate for a 1165 foot run from Hershey avenue sewer at Busch street. Also on the agenda are city suits, especially Clymer Col dren vs city and Nyenhuis, plus minor items.
