In Tremen Germany on June 20 a former teacher named Schmidt shot dead a school teacher and two children and fatally wounded another teacher and three children. Three more children were seriously injured while several others escaped unharmed as Schmidt fired with loaded revolvers.
A man opened fire at a school crowd and was taken into custody after a fusillade that drew students and bystanders to the scene. The suspect, described as disturbed, offered no explanation for his actions as authorities investigated the incident.
