Races Set On Grass Courses At Hollywood and Belmont
The Associated Press reports Saturday features two $50,000-added turf races. Three year olds race 1 1/8 miles in the Cinema Handicap at Hollywood Park, while older horses contest 1 1/4 miles in the Bowling Green Handicap at Belmont Park. Proper Proof heads the Cinema field, carrying 123 pounds, and High Hat carries 128 pounds in the Bowling Green for Mrs. Wallace Gilroy.
