Compact retirement home design by Jan Reiner for Hassor

A compact retirement home 22 by 30 feet with 660 square feet plus porch and carport is described as offering privacy from neighbors despite no major side windows. The L shape separates kitchen from the front door and living area, with a foldout table under the window and a utility room opening onto the carport. Ten feet of bedroom closets insulate against the dining room, and plumbing is economical back to back with the tub screened from the bathroom window. Architect listed as Jan Reiner at 000 Sand Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710 for Hassor.
