A verdict for defendant H W Kritschmar was returned by the jury at 3 40 p m Tuesday in the automobile collision suit brought by International Milling Co. The jury deliberated 55 minutes and E T Allen former street commissioner served as foreman. Damages were set at 207 75 for the plaintiff and 177 50 for Kritschmar. Confessed theft at Greenblatt junk yard
