Amendments to the constitution were adopted, a new drafting method approved, and the schedule meeting set for February 9 in New York City. The league upheld the arbitration board ruling on the New York club’s quarter share of 1912 receipts and apportioned $96,000 to be divided. The Giants received a one eighth share of the money amid ongoing protest over a $25,000 1913 receipts issue.
