Muscatine Plans New City Hall As Civic Progress Grows
Muscatine outlines a $70 000 city hall project replacing Third and Sycamore Street landmark. The design features a brick with stone facade, L shaped footprint, council chamber on the top floor, and integrated departments for police engineering and public offices. Construction expected to begin early next year pending bids and plans by architect Mills & Son.
