John Mark Galbraith a former Jefferson county resident and school teacher dies at 73 in Rock Island Illinois. He taught in Jefferson county and at the Field school in Mt Vernon. Born April 16 1882 he was the youngest son of Zadoc C and Martha Bruce Galbraith. Survived by Julia Jacobs his wife and several nieces and nephews including Mrs Charles Royce and Mrs Fred J Lipps. Funeral Saturday at Myers Chapel with Rev Dale Harmon in charge. Burial Oakwood cemetery. Friends may call after 10 a m Saturday.
