Mr. and Mrs. Louis Leffler announce the marriage of their daughter Betty Jeanne to James E. Kell. The double ring ceremony occurred November 15 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chicago Temple with Dr. Charles Ray Goff officiating. Attendants were Ewing Baldwin and Joe Medlin. Betty Jeanne Kell, a Mt. Vernon Township High School graduate, has worked for Montgomery Ward. James E. Kell, a 1944 graduate, now works in Chicago. they will reside there.

Jaycees Start Robinson Club in Illinois

The 50th Junior Chamber of Commerce chapter in Illinois was instituted last night at Robinson by the Mt. Vernon chapter. The charter was presented by James T. Moore of Mt. Vernon, a national director. Attending the ceremonies were Art Laird and Mrs. Laird, the Moores, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barlow. Eugene Gockenour, head of the new club, presented a founders plaque.
