Miss Willma Hookom becomes bride of Mir Jay G Jones
Wesley Chapel hosted a June 1 wedding for Miss Willmar Hookom daughter of Mr and Mrs Glenn Hookom and Jay G Jones son of Mr and Mrs Glennie Jones of Columbus. The ceremony at two o'clock featured Rev. Len Magill, organist Lester Wickham, and a reception in the church basement with a pink and white theme. The bride wore white net with pearl jewelry and carried pink carnations and gladioli. Marilyn Wickham was bridesmaid. ushers included brothers of the couple. Afterward the couple departed for a honeymoon, planning to reside in Dubu or nearby town.
