Local movements include visits from residents, church services for Mrs Green Lovings, and two high school events. Brodhead High School gains accredited status alongside local travel and social updates.
Mrs J H Browning of Maywood visits Livingston as residents remark on rainfall and growth. The town records many trips, church services, and a new telephone board. The school election passes with grateful trustees chosen Thomas Jones Will Clark David Rambo and N H Oliver. Naomi born to Lee Mullins.

Sunday School at 9 45 with a lesson on friendship. Preaching at 11 on subject Mother. Morning service includes a Mother's Day program with special music. Members are invited to wear flowers to honor or remember mothers. Christian Endeavor meets at 6 30. Union service with Presbyterian Church at 7 30 led by Rev Macmillan.
