Letters From E R Gentry In France Describe War Front Tours

In a December 11 1918 missive from near Dijon Gentry recounts three months at a large Y M C A hut serving twenty five thousand troops and visits to Nancy Toul and Bar le Duc. He describes air raids on Nancy the hot baths for troops and the joyous return of British POWs then plans for occupation duty in Germany and a Thanksgiving in Paris with the King and Poincare parade and the Concorde displays.
