Market Review of Eggs Butter and Poultry Trends
Egg market shows smaller supply than last year with good current use demand and rising prices. Butter production steady with satisfactory pasturage and higher butterfat prices in country points. Chickens entering marketing age indicate a large supply and more poultry than demand is being stored. Feeding plants run near capacity with ample help. a sudden surge in receipts could strain handling.
