City Advances Water Main Lays for College Field and Rink

Deerfield Woman Dies in Two-Vehicle Crash
A coroner's jury absolved the drivers George Hubscher Rolland township and William J Miller son of the victim of blame in a fatal Deerfield crash that killed 68 year old Julia Miller. The accident occurred at an intersection west of the Indian School with both cars traveling about 30 mph. Mrs Miller died from head injuries after her car struck Hubscher's vehicle and rolled over. She left a husband and several children.
