Lansing May 14 The Michigan Department of Agriculture will not act to interfere with bean price fixing by jobbers until after the national congress special session resolves farm relief. Commissioner Herbert E. Powell said any future action would depend on whether an appropriation for general agriculture creates a board to administer it. Powell noted bean price fluctuations prompted an investigation by a legislative committee, which proposed supervision over elevator men, but the measure failed in the senate. He said bean robbers violate state and Sherman anti trust laws, but no action will be taken unless another price fluctuation occurs.

Glacier Park Visits Seen Rising This Season
