Boy Rescued After Long Drift on Lake Michigan Raft
A 14 year old boy was saved today after drifting all night with two companions on a raft in Lake Michigan near Indiana Harbor. The two others, John Kordich age 18 and Peter Yorich age 14, drowned in the 45 mile an hour wind. Coast guardsmen search for their bodies as Kordich tried to swim to land to warn rescuers.
