John Neebes aged 84 died Wednesday at 5 30 P M at his Elizabeth Street home from infirmities of age. Civil War veteran of Company B 12 Micrigis Infantry known as the Board of Trade regiment of Chicago. He came to the county in 1867 as a pioneer resident. Survived by widow and eight children. Funeral arrangements pending arrival of distant family members.
