London March 16 Mutiny aboard the Royal Oak led to suspensions of Rear Admiral Bernard Collard Captain Kenneth Dewar and Commander H M Daniel. Four people died and three mills were destroyed when a powder explosion ripped through the Hercules Powder company plant near Valley Falls New York.
