Dynamite accident claims road worker north of Clare
Judson Moore of Burt Michigan was fatally injured when a dynamite charge prematurely exploded on James Hill six miles north of Clare while the McNally company widened US-27. He was 46, unmarried, with a sister in Burt and had worked three years as a dynamite handler. He died an hour after being taken to Dr Clure’s office.
