Judge Futch Rules Bond Election Void Under Constitution
Judge Futch states the Board of Public Instruction failed to comply with statutes and the bond election is void. He argues even full compliance would not validate bonds due to the U S Constitution. He cites Section 12 of Article 12, declaring it void after Supreme Court rulings, making school bonds unissuable.
