Plymouth Home by Brownie Reflects 1926 Plymouthonian Style
The Mt. Plymouth house sits on Route 495 near Apopka. Built in 1926 by Sam Stoltz, it features rolled edge roofing stucco coquina and pecky cypress. The interior includes a Gothic arch kitchen a large living room two bedrooms and a Florida room. The previous owner sold in spring at age 84. The new owner cut up a downed ancient tree first.
