Governor LeRoy Collins faces a feud between Lake County Sheriff Willis McCall and St Petersburg ministers over the Grove land Story. Dora May Become Mount Dora Starting Point for Tours
Mount Dora could host Florida Tours Inc as it seeks a charter change to start tourist trips to Central Florida attractions this season. A Commission hearing in Orlando heard testimony from Mount Dora Chamber official Betty Siess as Greyhound opposed the charter change. If granted, the service would pick up Orlando passengers after Mount Dora, offer night tours to Lake Wales Passion Play, and possibly expand to other Florida points.
