B O Bowers 59 a production engineer for Mergenthaler Linotype Co died Thursday April 30 in Orlando after a long printing career starting as a printer's devil at 12. He lived seven years in Mount Dora and was Florida sales representative for 16 years. Survivors include widow Marie daughters Patricia Guthrie Lakeland and Ann Bowers Vienna Austria brothers J M Champaign C A New York Joe Oradel N J Ben Birmingham and Bruce Decatur and two grandchildren. Funeral services Monday at First Methodist Church Mount Dora.
