McCormick and Wilbur Montgomery of Clermont is revoked and they are permanently enjoined from real estate brokerage in Florida. The court found they concealed property prices, forged an option, and misled a purchaser, netting $3,000. The ruling cites misuse of authority and warns brokers against hiding prices to obtain higher profits.
