The True family history in Mount Dora will be presented to the Historical Society on Thursday Feb 14 at 7 45 pm in the Community Building. Mrs Orin Sadler authored the paper detailing the settlement era and local figures.
Miss Lillian C Hamlin of Tavares, sister of Atty Roy P Hamlin and relative of Alan Hamlin, died at her home last Thursday. Graveside services were held Monday at Oakdale cemetery DeLand. Surviving are sister Ethel Hamlin Walker of Tampa and other nephews and nieces.
