Florida Air Academy faces Alachua Santa Fe at 7:30, then the final between the two winners Saturday at 8. The Region 3 winner advances to Gainesville for state. Ron Mikell and Marty Dryski headline scoring aces in Central Florida. Mikell leads early unofficial race with 26.87 average to Dryski 26.85.

City Inoculation Session Set for Pets at City Hall
City Clerk Mel Wagner announced a pet inoculation session at City Hall on March 14. Anti rabies shots by Dr C H Hawthorne run 8 a m to noon and 1 to 5 p m, cost three dollars each. A rabid raccoon was recently killed in the city. Tags will be issued with inoculations. untagged pets found at large will be picked up by the county dog catcher.

Lions Club Auction Planned for March 21 in Mount Dora
The Mount Dora Lions Club will hold its White Elephant auction and barbeque at Gilbert Park on Saturday March 21. Funeral held for Glenn H. Bolles editor publisher
Funeral was conducted Tuesday for Glenn H. Bolles 51 editor and publisher of the Tavares Lake County Citizen at the Zel lar Kennedy and Hamlin Funeral Home Eustis. A resident of Umatilla he died Sunday. He directed the Florida Press Association and chaired the National Photographers Committee. A former Navy test pilot and flying enthusiast he was a Church of Christ minister.
