Mini-museum shines in Mount Dora Bicentennial program
A Bicentennial Mini-Museum opens July 3 at Gilbert Park Mount Dora showcasing a waffle iron and other items of historic interest. The exhibit runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with entries accepted July 2 at the Boy Scout House from 4 to 5 p.m. Items may be reclaimed after 5 p.m. The Mount Dora Police will provide overnight protection. The committee chair Mrs Richard Whittington urges residents to contribute and label items with owners names and addresses.
