Lake County Judge E M Tally dies at 68 in Tavares
Lake County judge for 26 years E M Tally died Monday at his home in Tavares after years of illness following heart attacks. Born November 7, 1877 in North Carolina, he moved to Lake County in 1906 and served as county judge from 1910 to 1936. He was survived by his wife Lucille Cottrell and three sons, with funeral services held at the Tavares residence.
