Summer Recreation Program Begins Monday in Mount Dora
Mount Dora announces the summer recreation program run by the city county and chamber of commerce. Registration starts Monday at 8 a.m. at each area with pools gyms and schools hosting arts crafts swimming and games for school age children and adults. The East Town and Milner Rosenwald Academy areas run through September 1 with a six week arts and crafts program starting June 21.

Florida Development Commission launches SCORE drive with SBA to recruit retired executives and business people as volunteer advisers. Program targets firms with 25 or fewer employees and those unable to afford professional consultants.
