Peter Lazzeri of Mount Dora was hospitalized July 23 after a bicycle collision with a vehicle driven by Sandra Johnson on W Eleventh Ave at Overlook Drive. He traveled west when he struck the Johnson car head on. no charges were filed. Distribution details for the Mount Dora Community Trust are noted.
Rotary District 695 Governor Frank S. Crowder of Se bring visited the Mount Dora Rotary Club on Tuesday July 20 for a club assembly. Two new members Ralph Speed Harbert and Darrell West were inducted by the governor, introduced by John Jameison, as Mayor Tom R. Champion presented the governor with a key to the city.
