Mount Dora CofC Votes Room Fee Cut and Board Changes
The Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce board voted a reduction of the public meeting room fee from 7.50 to 5.00 after the city rescinded new charges. They elected Leonard Phillips and Del Potter to fill unexpired terms and heard plans for an art festival, upcoming flea market, barbecue, and Fishathon. Donations support building renovations with 9,000 borrowed and 4,500 from two banks.
