A national Monday night program dedicated to Calvin Coolidge aired from 9:00 with Edison company Old Time favorites. Dora was on air from fifty stations as musicians and artists participated to honor Coolidge who is wintering in Mount Dora Florida. Mount Dora to be featured again Saturday night the 25th with Jacksonville Mayor John T Jr speaking in New York before the National Board of Review. Alsop, guest at Lake Side Inn opening, promised to mention his visit with Coolidge during the broadcast.

Dr. Williams J. Calvin of Eustis died Thursday at Orange General Hospital Orlando from accidental shotgun discharge during a hunting trip. He was found near Sorrento after a dog jumped the gun, remained on the ground for hours, and died despite blood transfusions.
