Lake County's 15th annual poultry show and third annual fair begin Tuesday January 5 at Eustis for a five day run. Highlights include Royal Palm carnival midway, appearances by Jack Hoxie and horse, extensive exhibits from state organizations and Lake County communities, poultry judging, livestock and livestock contests, and a dog and cat shows. Airplane School Courses Offer At Camp Roosevelt
The University of Florida with WPA runs a twelve week aeronautical program at Camp Roosevelt near Ocala. Short courses in welding and engines run January 4 to 16 and January 4 to 28 respectively.
