One Hen Produces Nine Eggs in a Day
E W Phelps of Lake Gertrude brought in nine fully formed eggs from a single hen in one day. The couple noted the hen seemed unusually fat and killed her finding nine full size eggs without shells and several smaller ones, explaining the hen's swollen condition.

The Woman's Club met in December with a small group viewing Patty Claflin's doll collection and Mrs. Lobeck's creche exhibit. Decorations used poinsettias and Turk's Cap.
