Mount Dora Wins Second State Honor For City

At a City Council meeting, Mount Dora was reported to gain another state honor. Fire Chief Harold Larsen, president of the Florida Firemen’s Association, is now vice president of the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association. Mount Dora will lose Patrolman Troy Shaw after a year in service as he returns to the theatre business. Chief James Orr says a successor is chosen, Leslie J.
